Thanks, that is what I got and is correct. The OG was incorrect....again.

It should be 4/11 unless there is typo in the question.

There was a typo in the question. The question reads:
1/(1+1+(1/(1+(1/3)))

The explanation in the back is based off of this equation:
1+1/(1+(1/(1+(1/3)))

in this case

1 + 1 / ( 1 + 3/4) = 1 + 1 / (7/4) = 1+ 4/7 = 11/7
