Hey,

I am done with my official guides, Critical reasoning bible, and the GmatPrep software CR questions.

With one month to go, I am planning to solve as many good CR questions as possible - mainly targeting Strengthen/Weaken/Inference/Conclusion/Assumption only.

Few people have advised me to solve the LSAT questions from the CR 1000 document floating online.

Questions regarding it:
A. Is doing the LSAT questions from CR 1000, a good time investment, keeping in mind the Gmat level.
B. Are these LSAT questions helpful for 700+ level?
C. In the CR 1000 document, we have a GMAT section, containing 20 tests, and LSAT section. Which of these 2 sections should be given a higher priority for GMAT Prep. (I have a limited time to devote to this document, so I will either plan to do LSAT section or the GMAT section.)

Another option that i have is to solve the 700+ level CR questions from the gmatclub database.

Kindly suggest me whether to do the CR1000 document or the Gmatclub 700+ questions for CR practice.

hey dragonball,

i m not a Gmat expert but i will try to clarify your doubt.

A. Is doing the LSAT questions from CR 1000, a good time investment,
keeping in mind the Gmat level. - yes, LSAT and GMAT verbal are similar.
B. Are these LSAT questions helpful for 700+ level? LSAT questions are good for practice. i cant comment for 700+.
C. In the CR 1000 document, we have a GMAT section, containing 20 tests, and LSAT section. Which of these 2 sections should be given a higher priority for GMAT Prep. (I have a limited time to devote to this document, so I will either plan to do LSAT section or the GMAT section.) Go for Gmat section. it has good question and difficulty level same as Real time GMAT question difficulty level.

I recently shifted to MGMAT CR book from much hyped Powerscore CR book. I found it much useful for Assumption, Strengthening and Weakening questions. You might want to start w/ one section, if it helps then go w/ the rest.

If you want to improve esp in "Strengthen/Weaken/Inference/Conclusion/Assumption" try MGMAT CR. It worked great for me after reading Powerscore three time.
