I would go with C... "that traders" parallel to "but that they". Any Kaplan expert to share the OA?

A - not to ignore is not || with pay attention D/E - too wordy B - we should bring in contrast here 'and' - changes the meaning IMO C.

OA is C. This the command subjunctive structure that indicates desire. suggest that X do Y
suggest that X NOT do Y.C is correct. "suggested THAT traders pay..... and THAT they still not ignore......." Traders // they

I think, C looks more correct than other choices. Correct sentence with option C becomes as below:
The analyst suggested that traders pay more attention to a broader measure of the money supply, known as M2, but that they still not ignore standard indicators.
In short,
The analyst suggested that traders pay more attention .., but that they still not ignore std. indicators.
In above line, I was expecting- they still do not ignore..
Is 'not + verb' correct usage?
