hmmm.. tough one.
I like B
I eliminated A, D,E as we need to use we as the later part of the sentence uses we (or we can choose to guide the group ).
Between B and C, I prefer B. I think it might have an implied we are between While and leaders
While (we are) leaders, we can decide ....

B.
Poorly constructed sentence, but off the lot B looks ok.
We need 'we' for parallelism and leaders to match 'we', so B.

I like "C". Offcourse choice is bet B and C...as "we" is needed. But in "B" while leaders doesn't sound right.....If I replace "while" with "As", B makes more sense....As a leader, we r......

I somehow prefer C because the sentence talks about "the" group. I believe it is better to have one such leader for a group. However, I wonder what concept this question is testing
PS Does this question come from Barron?

Have to agree with C. "We" is needed to offset it later in the sentence. "While leaders" doesn't seem to agree unless you make some assumptions as to what the sentense is implying.

Agree it's a choice bt (B) and (C). I'd probably choose B just to be safe.

I picked (B) too, just to be safe as that I would do in the real test.
I expect this question from Arco, Barrons, crack-gmat or GMAT secret.

between B & C, B sounds better because singular noun doesn't match with "we can decide", it should be leaders and not a leader
