total number of games = 5C2 = 10

7 games have already been played - 2 ended in tie

hence out of remaining 3 games -

either all 3 can end in tie , hence total tie % = 2 + 3 = 5/10 = 50%

or 2 can end in tie => 2 + 2 = 4/10 = 40%

or 1 can end in tiw => 30%

or none can end in tie => 20%

hence 10% is not possible.
