Here's what I got:

Write 10,000 in terms of 10

10,000 = 10*10*10*10= 10^4
Then, you have (10^4)^100 to bring this number to the original statement. Multiply this out and you get 10^400

I do not know if I am missing anything here.

For question 1: Both B and C seems to be correct

(10000)^100 = (100^2)^100 = 100^200.....CHOICE B

Similarly,

(10000)^100 = (10^4)^100 = 10^400.....CHOICE C

Question 2:

3^6x = 8100 => (3^3x)^2 = (+-90)^2 => 3^3x = +-90

Now 3^(x-1) = 3^x / 3 = +-90/3 = +-30
