30 isn't old when the average matriculation is 28. I would think 30 is the primo age to be.

Do you think they discriminate against younger candidants who don't have as much experience? Say for instance graduating at 28?

Most MBA graduates are probably in the 28-32 age range anyway. So I don't think it's an issue. In Europe & UK, there are analysts in Investment Banking (IBD) who start out at 27 or so.
