I am from India with a 3 graduate degree in BCA.Do i need to complete my fourth year by getting a diploma or something or not? Also if i for a correspondece diploma,will it be counted? And will my work experience during the correspondence course be counted?

If you are talking with respect to pursuing an MBA, then there is no such restriction. They just need a graduate degree and any field is ok. However, most schools prefer candidates with some sort of work-experience. Also internships, projects or any such work done alongside studies does not qualify as work-ex.
So to summarise, although there is no restriction on either the number of years or the field of graduation, u improve ur chances with a work-ex after graduating.

I am asking in regards to MBA or Masters in Finance or Management.Is it a disadvantage for me when i apply?i am targetting DUke MMS and some other top Masters in Finance schools.For MBA i'll have only 15 months experience when the session starts so i'll be targetting some low tier schools
