1st Attempt - 660 2nd - 640 3rd - 630 - What next?

Need some advice on what the next step is for me in my GMAT journey. So originally took my 1st exam back in March, scored a 660 (V38 Q44) with about 2 month light studying. Got serious in May, did half of GMAT Club Q questions and took 3-4 MGMAT tests (averaging 660), along with studying from the MGMAT study materials. Took the 2nd exam in June and scored a 640 (V32 Q45). Was devastated but chalked it up to bad luck. Study and review again (this time focusing on my weak points, mainly on SC + careless mistakes in Quant), scored a 680 on MGMAT prac test and 650 on Kapaln. Felt confident and took my 3rd test yesterday. Scored a 630 (V34 Q43). Now I have no clue on how to improve my score or even address what my problem is.

Timing isn't an issue as I make sure to stay on pace (with +/- 2 mins on schedule, all 3 test I finished on time), I know i have the potential to hit my 700. I know what my problem is on the Quant side, its just careless errors (not considering all outcomes for DS type qs, stupid math mistake like multiplying or copying the wrong problem, reading the q incorrectly, etc). Typical error when you feel like u need to rush through, which is uncharacteristic of me (I pass 2 levels of CFA, 6 hr test that's finance driven). On the Verbal, I know SC is my weakness there, averaging 1.30 - 2 mins for each question as I try not to rely on the "sound" and more on grammar rules.

At this point I know i have to apply for MBA next year as deadlines for Round 2 are next month. Going to be switching jobs to hopefully in investment banking by next year. I will be taking a month break from GMAT and than work on my goal to 700. So my question is, what's my plan a month from now? Does MGMAT live class help or go with the private tutor route? Running low on practice material as I'm down to 2 GMAT Club Quant qs left, 2 Kaplan Test and MGMAT q bank.
