a. 2^9
b. 2^10
c. 2^16
d. 2^35
e. 2^37

2 + 2 + 2^2 = 2^3
2 + 2 + 2^2 + 2^3 = 2^4
2 + 2 + 2^2 + 2^3 + 2^4 = 2^5

so the pattern keeps on continue

2 + 2 + 2^2 + ............+ 2^8 = 2^9
2 + 2 + 2^2 + ............+ 2^9= 2^10.
2 + 2^2 + .............. + 2^10 = 2^11
.
.
.
.
2 + 2^2 + .............. + 2^99 = 2^100
