2 questions regarding to Stern PT Application [#permalink] New post 27 Apr 2010, 21:17
(1) For some reason, my boss is not very supportive for us to go for MBA. I decide to not let my boss know and apply Stern's weekend program. My question is that I don't want to get a recommendation letter from my current boss, how should I explain in Essay 4? Telling the truth might be too negative, I am hoping to find a better reason.

(2) If I get admitted, after the Kroll verification process, will my company know that I am going for PT MBA? I don't want my boss to know about this and I am very curious if this could work out or not.

1. I would address it as simply and directly as possible, no need to get too far into it.

2. It can be done, I know at least one of my classmates is in the Saturday program and hasn't told his employer.
