2-tier non-us B schools [#permalink]

Hi guys,
I just want to start this thread to get an idea of which one is better or the best (if possible) of the 2-tier non-us bschool. It is very clearly that there is no need to discuss who is better, e.g. LBS, Insead, IMD etc. So far good international schools in 2-tier that i can come up with are:
Oxford, Camb, HKUST, NUS, HEC(?), IESE, Ivey.
Because of my gmat and WE, i'd like to apply for these schools and i will be applying for HKUST for sure. Could anyone just share more lights on this topic?

But i think international schools are "less known" so maybe the tier is a bit higher due to that?

i think he will have "trouble" getting into 2nd tier schools with his gmat. guess try 3rd tiers.

Thanks @bsd_lover, i guess my scope includes "Elites" and top one in each regions. Personally i think schools such as LBS, Insead and IMD (lot of arguments for IMD here  ) can be recognized as 3 to 7 in US, so they are out of the scope. If you talk about this in US, i guess it will be between 10 to 20. Sorry to bring up this "tier" thing, i guess near-elite and other regional schools can be categorized as 3rd tier. I will definitely apply for 2011 HKUST. However, i heard from someone that big names such as Oxford is better. I am not sure what "better" means here, probably they provide awesome class or just coz their brand?

i beleive oxford is 1 year mba... so prob not as many recuiting opportunities and internship as 2 years
