15, took a while but i think i'm going to bed now!

2^x - 2^x-2 = 3(2^13)

2^x(1 - 2^-2) = 3(2^13)
2^x(1 - 1/4) = 3(2^13)
2^x(3/4) = 3(2^13)
2^x = 3(2^13)*4/3
2^x = (2^13)4
2^x = (2^13)2^2
2^x = 2^15

a) 9

b) 11

c) 13

d) 15

e) 17
