2 yrs after previous GMAT 1st mock test, scored 610, v 34 q 40

I gave my previous GMAT attempt in 2013, after that this will be my second GMAT attempt. In the first mock test (princeton review) i scored 610 v 34 and q 40. In the last GMAT i scored 580 (v 30 - 29 out of 41 and q 40 - 26 out of 37). Seems like i started right where i ended.

However, i wanted to know the relativity of the princeton review test scores to the real GMAT test. Has anyone taken them before? Are they close to the real GMAT test? I took princeton review test because i am considering joining it for GMAT tutorials and since they asked me to take the test, I did so. i ended up with 7 level difficulty ques in maths and 6 level difficulty ques in verbal. Also the IR section was really painfull for me as I could get only 2 right (any good material on IR?). In verbal my weak section was RC and in quant almost all sections were similar

I am aiming for 700 plus like most candidates do. However, i am a science graduate with almost 3 years work exp. I want to get into e-commerce or finance? any particular colleges that i should target?
