Alternatively, there's website started by some ex-BW people that compiles all the major rankings and does a "ranking of rankings" analysis of the schools. Rankings included BW, Forbes, USNWR, FT, Econ http://poetsandquants.com/2010/08/05/ou ... 0-schools/
The BW rankings are misleading/incorrect. You have numerically ranked the schools past #30, but really they are all tier 2. Hence the reason why they are in alphabetical order at that point.

Also, the BW rankings are not from 2010.

Thank you for catching that! I have removed the list of schools past 30 from the BW (it will take 5 mins for the spreadsheet to reflect that). However, they look current - let me know if you have a different ranking.

If you look at that list, it is the same list of what is up on BW website right now.
I would know because I go to the #24 school.....and cursed myself for not applying to #18 school ever since.
Thanks! Too funny.

I also think that US news rankings are the best.... Although they don't publish World Rankings but still good enough for US schools. Also is anybody aware of course concentration based rankings? Have not been able to find something good...
The more I see different ranking lists with wild fluctuations in some schools' positioning, the more I realize that you cannot live and die by a school rank. Just as the school needs to look at more than just your GMAT score when deciding whether or not to consider taking you in, you as an applicant have got to look at the total package and not just the position on a list. I mean, how can a school be in the top 3 on one list and not even crack the top 20 on another? And some of these lists are US-centric besides, which doesn't help much if you're looking at UK/European schools as well. That said, this post is definitely helpful. Thanks for posting!
