mybestshot Congrats!!

That's 14 Reported. and looks like alphabetical order.. good luck to the X's Y's and Z's. I'm not in those 3, but given not all the calls came on the same day last year, there's still hope!

Actually, 14 Reported is a pretty high yield, at least compared to last year of ~ 5
Also the last domestic call was reported on Sunday at ~ 6PM ET last year too. So, more hope remains for internationals.

Going through last year's blog I also found "mschlanz." It's good to see him get in this year! Congrats mschlanz! Were you wait-listed or dinged?

Is there any chance of domestic calls tomorrow (or later)? How many have gone out after Sunday in previous years?

Last year no domestic calls were reported on the forum after Sunday. I'm in the same boat with you Luxor! Haven't lost hope, but realistically it's getting difficult. I'll pray for you and everyone else who's still waiting.

Regardless, if you interviewed, you are a Rockstar. This year the program had a record number of applicants ~330, so if you really want this program, reapply there is always a high yield of re-applicants.

While I was trying to catch up with the work that pays my bills...the optimistic side of me completely threw me off track.

I realize this is the place for the world's best operation, but realistically completing ~50 calls in ~3 hours at a rate of 3.6min/call is difficult. Unless all the numbers were are a computer speed dial and someone was pulling up files and briefing our Don Juan before every call.... So did they split the pot in 2 and sort them alphabetically? Let's HOPE SO! Why? Duh... WINNING!

If no one even acknowledges the Charlie Sheen humor, it's a good sign that I don't belong at LGO ;) LOVE YOU ALL!
XOXO

Congrats to all the admits so far! You'll soon be finding out details about Open House weekend, which I'm helping organize this year, as well as how to RSVP. I highly encourage you to attend. It's a great way to meet the class and faculty, learn more about the program as you make your decision, and find housing since you'll be moving pretty soon. Hope to see you there.
