GMAT Score : 740 Work Experience : 7 years, Statistical Modeling Location : India #Applications : 3 #Dings : 3 #Interviews : 1 #WL : 1 Which ding hurt the most and why ? Chicago hurt the most. I am in love with that school What next ? Planning for 2011-2012 app season. Why the lack of success? I was too colloquial in my essays. I forgot that i am applying to b-schools. Actually i didn't forget but i wanted to add humor to my essays...but in the end my essays turned out to be cheesy cheap comedy  Any current student or Alum wiling to read my essays and provide feedback??

Maybe publish some quotes here. Interesting to read  . The best thing I would point is that you understand your weakness + you have already passed GMAT. You have enough time to work on your application.

Just don't be overly formal; don't go from one extreme to the other. Settle somewhere in the middle.
