I am going to pick E although it souded a bit weired.
All the nouns are plural, and anyone is singular. so I picked the choice with plural.
What is OA?

Sentence has pronoun number issue.
(A) anyone who works [anyone singular and cannot be pointed out by “their” – eliminate it] (B) anyone working [same as A] (C) workers [incomplete – eliminate it] (D) those for whom work is [changing the meaning and “those” incorrect – eliminate it] (E) any people who work [any people is plural and can be referred with their - Hold it]
Answer: E

I think it isn't A b/c "anyone" is singular, and the reference should be plural.

The way I think of these sometimes is to look at the important word in the correction, and in this example it is clearly the difference between the pronoun anyone and people. cut out the extra words like "any" and "who", and you are just left with the single pronoun, either "one" or "people". From here you can ask yourself if the set of people they are talking about is singular or plural. Since it is plural, it would go with a plural pronoun, "people". The sentence sounds better and you will see that it is because of the noun agreement.
