If you were 22-23 and had this profile, I would say you are strong enough to be one of those college-age applicants who can aim relatively high (though HBS and Stanford would be too high IMO). But given your age and two years off, I think they actually won't consider you to be a "college senior applicant." You will be compared to other 25-year-olds, and while you will still have a lot to shout about, and while your two-year missionary is clearly leadership and good international experience, schools may treat you a bit skeptically because there's so little formal business or professional experience. You will still score relatively highly as a nontraditional 'diversity' applicant, but the top schools will probably want to have you get two years of business experience under your belt and *then* apply.
