Worked for 2 major companies (one heavy machinery and one IT). Currently working as a Master Planner in IT company.

Being female will be an advantage and your cultural diversity coupled with your US education and job experience will be viewed as a valuable combination. Having a 7-handle on your GMAT is a great advantage as well, and a 3.5 from a good school like Ohio State should quell any concerns about your ability to handle the academics in b-school. The IT experience will be more challenging to differentiate, since quite a few international applicants come from an IT background, but the manufacturing/industrial experience will help differentiate you. As for schools, you can bet every top b-school in the country and beyond will provide you with good preparation for a career in management consulting. Upwards of 30% or more of MBA grads go on to the consulting field. You should do some homework on where you feel you would fit best, and possibly give some priority to schools who churn out a large percentage of consultants ( Duke, Kellogg, Virginia come to mind), but again, you would likely have interview opportunities with a variety of consulting firms from any good school.
