(2a+b)/(a+b) can be simplified further to
(a/(a+b))+1

1) 3a/(a+b)=7 => a/(a+b) = 7/3, Plug in 7/3 above equation. Suff
2) a+b = 3 Insuff.

I think its (A).

I think 2a/(a+b) is simplified to

(b/(a+b))+1.....

(2a+b)/(a+b) = (a+a+b)/(a+b) = (a/(a+b)) + (a+b)/(a+b)
=(a/(a+b)) + 1
