3 weeks to go (PR@570) [#permalink] New post 23 Apr 2005, 20:41
Hi All,
Approximately 3 wks to go for GMAT.
Scoring 570,570 on PR(test2 and 3).
620 in powerprep1.

Quant(38-42) , Verbal(26-30)

Looking to concentrate more on verbal, SC/CR where scroing 50-60%.

Any advice, on where to get more tests? Is 800score.com worht buying?
similar to PR or Kaplan?

You have three weeks at hand...i would say that you should concentrate on going through the basic grammer rules, basic CR questions fundas...don't put your hands in too many things....concentrate on OG for questions and some other good book for theory part...needless to say, do analyze all your mistakes as that will let you learn faster, by zeroing in on your weaknesses....

keep the faith

cheers!

Have you considered purchasing any of the old paper-and-pencil tests from ETS? They cost $25 for each set of three. I think it would be a good move for you, because the test questions on the paper-and-pencil tests are of the same nature as those on the computer adaptive tests. Even though the format on the pencil-and-paper tests differs from the computer adaptive tests, you will find that you are getting the same approximate scores on both.

Best of luck!

with the limited time you have, i'd suggest you zoom in on your weakness and try to brush up in those areas where your weakness lie.
