I'm not sure if this is true but I have heard that more than 80 percent of US B-schools don't consider Bachelor degrees for a period of 3 years? Is this true?

Not really. Not for Bachelors outside the US with other systems. I've seen plenty of people get in with three year bachelors. But each school DOES have its own policy and you need to check with them.
