Have anybody got RC less than 40 lines, because I have seen many passages in OG that are less than 35 lines.

I had one about the size.

I had 1x70, 2x50 and 1x30

did you check out the LSAT RC's.? i am not sure, but you might find some there.

I also got a < 30 lines RC as my 2nd RC I think. yes .. the shorter ones are often tougher than the bigger ones.
