I am 30 today and I plan on applying this year to MBA schools. I will matriculate at 31 then. Am I too late?
Is it common to see folks in their early 30s in MBA programs?

You are not so old, there are a lot of students in your age group at US schools.
No need to worry as of now, just concentrate on your GMAT and Apps.
But, as you may have a good amount of experience in one area, switch may be a little difficult, but still a likely possibility if you want to.
