With GPA of 2.45 and GMAT 650, it is very difficult to get into any of top 15 schools unless you have some other outstanding achievements on your resume.
If you are targeting schools in the range (16 to 35), I think you have a good chance.
Two strong points in your application:
-international exposure
-family business
Family business can act as both positive and negative. If you can articulate your vision properly, I have seen people getting into decent schools.
If you can show good leadership examples, you can even get into top 15 schools as well.
Good luck!
