please advice me as to are these universities within my reach or not. Also,do you advice that I retake the GMAT?
I’d consider the schools on your list all to bereasonable reaches, somewhat high ones. The reason is that you are in an over-represented demographic that has higher than average numbers, and your GMAT would likely be below average among Indian applicants to these programs even though it might be at or near the programs’ average. Also, it looks like your undergrad record is OK but not stellar, so it’s not a mitigating factor.
The clear strength is your current role, which is unusual and gives you an interesting vantage point. Make the most of this in your applications.
Regarding a GMAT retake, it depends. If you believe that with a reasonable effort you are pretty sure you can achieve a significantly higher score (720 or more), it would make sense to retake. I don’t think a smaller increase would make much of a difference. _________________
Some safer (i.e., on-par) programs might be Kelley, Boston College's Carroll School, and Smith at University of Maryland. Potential safeties would be Weatherhead at Case Western and Mays at Texas A&M. _________________

Not so clear with what you meant by 'Some safer (i.e., on-par)' b schools. I am targetting rank 15 to 25 b Schools ( B.Week rankings ). Am I reasonable in my approach or should I bring down the bar a little? What is your opinion.
I mean, I would consider the programs I mentioned to be on-par level (i.e., roughly 50-50 chance with a good application) programs for you -- not safeties exactly, but more likely admits than those you originally mentioned. _________________
Not sure what you mean by "replace" -- but I think you should keep Cornell on the list if it's of significant interest to you. It would make sense to apply. I'd consider it a very reasonable reach, not quite at the on-par level. _________________
