The stem looks awkward...

Either they are all >0
or 2 of them are <0 I or II or III is necessary
or 4 of them are <0 (I+II) or (I+III) or (II+III) is necessary

so this could be, m(-p)r(-t)s > 0
hence none of the statements can be true.
