5 year undergrad? Is that an issue?

Hello,
I did two years undergrad at a decent private university. Did well and transferred to a IVY League school. There were many requirements which I weren't able to fulfill in time due to which i had to stay one extra year. Is that an issue when you apply to Business school?
Here are my qualifications:
Bachelor of Science: Comp. Engineering from an IVY League school
CFA Level III Candidate - just took the 2007 CFA level 3 exam (waiting for the result)
Occupation: Rapidly promoted to manager at work (am in Mutual funds)
GPA: 3.4
GMAT: currently preparing for that...but am pretty sure i can break 700.
Do give me your thoughts on my chances for a top school and also regarding the particular situation about the 5 year undergrad.
Thanks.
