Congrats on the significant improvement!

Could you elaborate more on the Quant questions you got from the guy from Argentina? Do you find them similar to GMATPrep or the actual GMAT questions? Did he create those questions? How did your friend come across him / his Quant set?

Thanks a bunch understudy! New to the site and this post is probably the most useful I've found thus far. Looking for an effective error log that I can download from here -- would you have any recommendations? what other external tricks / tools (eg, flashcards, etc) did you find useful?

Thanks understudy. Great post, great score.

Found the comments about the class most interesting. I travel a lot for my job, so taking a class just seems out of reach. So I was planning on just books (MGMAT in particular) and questions (definitely OG 12 and hopefully Sackmann / Argentine) as you described. Thinking about getting some more question books too (definitely OG 10, but maybe a few others). Seems like Mr Quiroga made the difference for you.

Just wondering -- do you have any advice for someone going through the self-study route? Thanks.

I like your approach to the exam. Just go out and destroy the GMAT seems about the right aggressive attitude to take towards this exam. Thanks for the inspiration.

Do you by chance have a copy of your error log. Did you keep several error logs, or one comprehensive lists. Just curious to see your style and format for maintaining a log. I assume it was done in excel? thx!

I took Gmat(Q/49,V/17).
I want to improve on verbal.
Is there any other source apart from OG.

understudy, I've read your post only now and I must admit that it's one of the best accounts I've read on this board. Thank you very much for it.

If you still read this forum, could you please answer the following questions:

1) Could you describe the level of your concentration during preparation and when solving question sets?
2) How confident were you on the test day?
3) Do you have a full-time job and if so, how did you manage to incorporate your prep into your daily life?
4) You mentioned that you improved your quant score dramatically thanks to a some sort of revelation. Could you explain what it was?
5) What food did you take with you to the test?
6) You studied intensively for 13 weeks. Didn't you feel like burning out at some point during your preparation? If so, how did you deal with it and how did you try to prevent it?
7) Could you describe how you organized other activities (e.g., girlfriend, wife, friends, movies etc.) during preparation?

Thank you and best regards.
