Today: Dissappointing 630 (q50, v25)
I prepared 1.5 month. More than 90% of my time I spent on Verbal (OG11
, Kaplan 800
, MGMAT SC
, Sahil's note, some sets, 100/1000 SC and CR). Nevertheless, I bombed Verbal part again.
Usually my accuracy in verbal was : SC (85-90%), CR 80%, RC(67-75%).Practice tests:
MGMAT 1--580 (q44, v28) on 07/15/2008
GMATPrep1 retake: 760 (q50, 46) on 07/29
MGMAT 2--650 ( q48, v 31) on 08/03/2008
MGMAT 3--620 (q46, v30)
GMATPrep 2 retake : 750 (q50, v41) on 08/27/2008
Princeton review free CAT--680 (q48, v 38) on 09/01/2008
GMATprep 1 retake---770 (q51, v44) 0n 09/02/2008
Actual GMAT 630 (q 50, V25) on 09/04/2008
I was planning to apply to Haas 09, Darden 09, BU, Mendoza, Clark University ( in order of preference). My recent GMAT score blew first 4 but Clark.

Here are a lot of experienced guys with sufficient knowledge about Uni's and admission process. I need ur advice
!1111) Taking into account all the credentials and recent score WOULD YOU, GUYS, RECOMMEND ME TO RESCHEDULE THE GMAT for the 3rd time?
11112) Due to little work experience( as I provided above), what is the minimum score in my GMAT that may secure a place in Haas and Darden?
11113) What materials do u suggest to improve verbal. How long should I study for next attempt?
Thanks. I highly appreciate ur opinions.
It seems to me Q part is getting harder. Not because it includes permutation or combinatorics but because it is tricky and time consuming. PS is OK, but DS requires much more attention than u expect.
1) I didn't see any probability questions. Inequality, sets ( Venn diagram),median, power, polynomials, linear equations, work-distance-mileage problems are common.
2) Q in real Gmat is much harder than Q in OG and sets (1-30) but is typical, if not a little bit harder version, of GMATPrep Q.
