I took Gmat Prep #2 and scored a 720 (49Q and 40V).
The challenges have been instrumental in making me more confident in the math.
My verbal is exactly as the same score way back in January when I took Gmat Prep 1, despite studying SC since. Frustrating.
Is it still possible for me to score a 750?
Improving raw score for verbal seems to be more difficult than quant based on how GMAC scales their questions. At this point, I would work on trying to keep focused by avoiding silly potential mistakes and your level of endurance for verbal (not exhausting yourself after the AWA and quant sections)
I've seen some others that have scored in your range for GMATPrep (720ish) have gotten 750 for the real deal. Depends on many factors, such as your mental state/confidence/ questions you'll encounter and just a little bit of luck
You'll do fine, good luck
