my official score - 600 Q47 V25 IR 3 Essay 6.0
old score - 550 Q41 V27 Essays 5.5

I am struggling with verbal and don't think I am a V25. I am a native English speaker and was scoring at least a V36 on all my practice tests. I want to re-write in the next few months.

Any suggestions on how to improve my verbal? My RC is the worst for me. I thought I was ok in SC and CR but obviously I am not seeing something clearly with a V25 :|

Any help is much appreciated.

The discrepancy between the verbal and math scores is too large. So yes, a retake is strongly recommended. What exactly happened on the test day? Did you run out of energy, or was it something else? Any information on this issue would help us to identify the problem.

And which study materials did you use for verbal, in terms of guidebooks and practice questions?

What strategy did you apply in the verbal section? could it just have been fatigue like bmillan01 mentioned?

The best way to improve is realizing what actually went wrong. If you always scored more at home, then it might be test day stress.

I felt ok during the verbal section. I felt that the material was equivalent to the study material. I was shocked that I only got 25.

Material Used: Gmat prep + the additional questions,OG 11,12,13 and OG Verbal Review 2, Manhattan Verbal books MGMT 6 exams.

The "feeling" it's not really useful in the Gmat. First time i felt i did less than 500 and did 560, second time i felt i reached 650+ and nailed a 490.

Your material is fine, OG + OG Verbal + Manhattan Verbal Guides is enough to go over the 80th percentile for most people and I am pretty positive you just had a bad day:
you probably have not yet fully absorbed the verbal strategies (this process requires a huge amount of practice) and can not apply them under stressful conditions.

This is my wild guess, but if I'm correct with a little more smart practice you will reach 700+. Verbal is tough to improve, but in my experience it has a critical point, a peak, that wears out really fast if not reinforced or under stressful conditions.

I would'nt worry, you have it in you.

I took it a few days ago and verbal CR is much harder than the practice exams.
