Just completed the GMAT for the second time. Very different from the first time around. I wrote it at a Pearson Vue centre - more security than Fort Knox. I'm suprised they didn't ask for a DNA sample... overall the test was pretty much what I expected except for the quant section. It is much harder than any of the practice tests I had done (consistenly scored in the high 40's). I guess I didn't learn from the first time around. The verbal section was very much like power prep on the other hand. AWA was a breeze.
I scored a 530 only a few months back and then found this site. It definetly set me on the right track and helped me improve. All things considering, I'm happy with the improvement I made but still know I can do better on the test. I did quite well academically and have a few years of relevant work experience so my score should meet the requirements of the program I want to get into. I'm going with it for now. Thanks to GMAT Club and all members for the help! I am going to hang around for a while and continue to participate in discussions where I can just in case I decide to take the test again.
Good luck to all of you!
