Hi Prerna,
I must say that you have a good profile because most of the doctor profiles we have come across are fairly vanilla.
You must use all aspects of your profile like freelancing, leading teams & working under tough conditions which is a big achievement especially for a female doctor ( Please don't take us in a neg sense).
But the most important questions that you will need to answer is how will you be able to make a transition to a corporate or quasi corporate environment which requires knowledge of finance, marketing, sales etc which you have never touched in your life.
You recommendations should also delve upon your potential to learn these and then to make a shift.
Also, try to address why you don't want to go to an Indian B school and then start your initiative from India only.
Since you want to stay in healthcare only, please go through the schools mentioned in this article.
