Based on your profile, I would say you have a shot at those schools. In terms of how good a shot, it would help to know what school you went to and what you specifically do in your job. (Of course I understand you not wanting to post that in a public forum).

Duke would be a little more of a reach school (though depending on school and type of responsibilities at work, my assessment would change)

UNC is within reach and well worth applying to. Given you live locally they will believe that you will actually want to go to these schools, as you can talk about that in your application, which never hurts.
