Hi mkessler1988,
A 760/Q46 is an outstanding performance, so you now have a score that would make any Business School happy. The rare Finance Programs (and Specialty Programs) that might *prefer* a higher Quant Scaled Score would not reject you on the basis of this GMAT score. As such, there's no reason to retest. If you are rejected from a Top10, it won't be because of your GMAT score.
You mentioned that you were "looking at" Top10 Schools, but what specific Schools/Programs are you interested in? At this "level", the competition is intense, so you might consider working with an Admissions Expert on your applications (there's a Forum full of them on this site).
