Suppose A and B both look out the window to see what the weather is
like. A says, "It's raining." B says, "It's raining." What is the
probability that it actually is raining.

It can be raining if either of them speaks the truth. The prbability that both lie is 1/16
Therefore prob that atleast one is speaking truth =15/16

which I gues is the right probabilty of rain.
