Yes..It has to be E. Because either average or standard deviation can not give any picture about the median, which simply picks up the middle number in the sorted numbers.

A for example: 1, 1, 7 Average=3,median=1,std=sqrt((4+4+16)/2)=sqrt(13)
B for example: 1, 2, 3 Average=2,median=2,std=sqrt((1+0+1)/2)=sqrt(1)=1
answer is E...
