I think it is A. Supposedly is an adverb and should be before the verb 'has' .

It should be B, Because if A was to be right, then we need to put coma after supposedly, it would have looked like that a) Anitgua, a small island,with a population of just 66,000, supposedly, has 365 beaches - one for each day of the year.

i think A is right as supposedly modifies have...so it should be close to it
