I am getting 7:38 a.m. and this is not there in the options.

My approach:
If x is the distance between M and N and if the two buses meet at t a.m., then

(t-6)*(x/4) + (t-2)*(x/13.5) = x
or, t = 7.63 or 7:38 a.m.

In the eq:
(t-6)*(x/4) + (t-2)*(x/13.5) = x

again its the same.
x(t-6)/4 + x(t-2)/9.5 = x
t = 7.63 i.e 7.38 am.

do you have OA/OE?

let the distance be x.
so time speed of A = x/4
speed of B = x/9.5
relative speed between them = x/4 - x/9.5
time to meet = x/(x/4 - x/9.5) = (9.5*4).(9.5-4) =~ 7
Hence time when they meet = 2 am + 7 hrs = 9 am.
