I will go with E.
A - unnecessary use of have and misuse of pronoun 'them'
B - same as A
C - evidence of is incorrect
D - same as C

I would go for E.
Reasons:
A : Usage of 'have' is not appropriate.
B : Same. Also, It changes the meaning
C : Usage of "basig" sounds illogical
D : Changes the meaning.
E : Correct answer
