My pick is D...

Possibilities: RRG, RGR, GRR

RRG=7/10*6/9*3/8=7/40
RGR=7/10*3/9*6/8=7/40
GRR=3/10*7/9*6/8=7/40

Total probability=7/40+7/40+7/40=21/40

ans = 7C2* 3C1 / 10C3= (7*6 *3 *6)/(2*10*9*8) = 21/40

favourable = 7c2 *3c1
total = 10c3

hence p = 21/40
