A certain city with population of 132000 is divided into 11 voting districts. If no district is to have population greater than 10% of any other district, what is the minimum possible population that the least populated district can have?
Answers:
(A) 10700
(B) 10800
(c) 10900
(D) 11000
(E) 11,100

132000 = (10*1'1 + 1)x = 12x

x=11000

I was making it harder than it is. I was somehow duped into thinking that this is a sequence problem:
P1
P2=1.1P1
P3=(1.1)(1.1)P1
etc.

Thanks for setting me straight!
