In order to find out the minutes where two plans would charge the same, we have to set the equation equal to each other. x being the minutes charged

0.6+0.06(x-7) = 0.08x

The answer is '9'.

Plan A: first 7 min $0.60
Plan B: first 7 min $0.56

A: 0.60+0.12 (2min*$0.06) = $0.72
B: 0.56+0.16 (2min*$0.08) = $0.72
