A circle with an area of x feet is inscribed in a square that has a perimeter of x feet. what is the value of x?

say the radius of circle is r
so area = pi * r * r = x --- equation 1

since circle is inscribed in the square
therefore one side of square = 2 * radius of circle = 2 *r

hence perimeter of circle
= 4*( 2*r) = 8r = x ( perimeter of circle is x) -- equation 2

equating equation 1 and 2 we get r = 8 / pi

substituting this value in equation 1 or in 2 we get

x = 64 / pi

x = 64/pi since x cannot be equal to 0.
