I think it should be only the second as in E.
it is unnecssary in AB. Only published is wrong in C. only that is awkward and unecessary in D.
E, apart from the correct palcement of only, maintains parallelism.

Igo with E too...

Reason: it is more clear and allows aparallel structure...

hope that helps !

Have Fun :)

E for me too

in A & B "it" is unnecessarily repeated

in D "one....that" is redundant

in C "only published by an American women" changes the meaning

only E has correct placement of "only" which modifies the book

"E" for me too, as it maintians the correct flow or I would say maintains the parallelism.

What is the OA??
