A is the best.

B. "consequence from" is incorrect
C. "resulted from" is needless
D&E. "damaged" is incorrect

A for me too.

hearing impairment, damaged is horrible. D and E is out.

Of the other choice which starts with consequence A is the best.

(A). Consequence is a result , so 'result' is redundant.
