Jack: I'm going to buy those shoes, but I don't have any money
Jill: I only have $100 bills. How many do you need?
Jack: 2
Jill: Are you implying that those shoes cost $200?
Jack: No. You can't infer that they cost $200!
Jill: Why not, may I ask?

i would say C - 22.
"The manager has been informed that, in order to print 300 copies of a flyer in twenty minutes, 7 printers need to be used"

This means that 7th printer isn't actively printing for all 20 mins..
We would need minimum printers when printers are printing at the max rate.. In this case, 7th printer would print only one page while 6 printers print 299 pages in 20 mins.. and so accounting for 7 printers for 20 mins..

So to print 800 pages in 15mins we need

(800*(6*20))/(299*15) = 21.xyz.. = 22 printers..

So we need minimum of 22 printers..

Anyone agrees ??

Try using the concept of printer-minutes or printer-hours.

We know that 300 copies require more than 6*20=120 printer-minutes= 2 printer-hours
