In C, it seems that the discussion begins with an independent Europe. That's not correct. The discusion must beging with ACKNOWLEDGING that there is an independent Europe.

Guys, to be honest, I choosed C first, but I now understood that the discussion cannot begin with the fact,it should begin with an action and that acknowledging the existance of something is an action.

I am sure i would have caught this trap, had I spent more time.
